Take 40 minutes out of your week to simply pause. In a world that rarely slows down, this guided meditation offers a gentle opportunity to step away from the noise, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. The Pause invites you to step away from the demands of daily life and simply breathe. In just 40 minutes, you'll be gently guided through calming breath awareness, mindfulness and therapeutic relaxation practices designed to quiet a busy mind and create a deep sense of calm. As your body settles into a state of rest, the session concludes with gentle therapeutic sound to further support relaxation, grounding and emotional reset. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, The Pause offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and return to your day feeling calmer, clearer and more present.

Participant Guidelines for Group Experiences at Limitless Therapy Thank you for joining us. These guidelines help create a safe, supportive and restorative experience for everyone. What to Expect: Our group experiences may include guided relaxation, meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, breath awareness and nervous system regulation. Sessions are designed to reduce stress, encourage deep relaxation and support emotional wellbeing, while lying comfortably on a mat. During Your Experience: Some sessions may include therapeutic sound instruments being played around or gently over the body. This is always optional, and your comfort will always be respected. Photography or short videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. You are welcome to opt out before the session begins. How to Prepare: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle. A yoga mat and everything else you need for your comfort will be provided, including a blanket, pillow, disposable eye mask and under-knee support. Avoid heavy meals and excessive caffeine for at least two hours beforehand. Please switch your phone and smartwatch to Aeroplane Mode before the session begins. Health & Safety: Please let your facilitator know before attending if you: Are pregnant. Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device. Have epilepsy or a history of seizures. Have significant cardiovascular conditions. Have had recent surgery or significant injury. Experience vertigo or inner ear disorders. Have severe respiratory conditions. Have significant sound sensitivity. Are currently unwell with a fever, virus or acute illness. Have a medical or mental health condition that may be affected by deep relaxation or sound therapy. If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please contact us before booking. Respecting the Space : Please enter quietly once the session has begun. Respect others by avoiding conversation or physical interaction. Emotional release, tears or laughter are a natural part of the process. Falling Asleep Falling asleep is completely normal. If snoring becomes disruptive, your facilitator may gently assist you to adjust your position. After Your Session Take your time, stay hydrated and allow yourself to gently integrate your experience.
