Headphones can enhance the experience and help you focus, but they are not essential. Simply choose whichever feels most comfortable for you.

That's completely okay.

There is no "right" way to experience these recordings. Some people feel deeply relaxed straight away, while others simply notice a greater sense of calm afterwards.

Your nervous system responds to repetition and consistency rather than perfection.

A wandering mind is completely normal.
