Cancellation Policy

Perimenopause & Menopause Consultation Cancellation Policy Prior to your session, you will be sent an Intake Form which must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows your session to be thoughtfully prepared and tailored to your individual needs, including any health considerations relating to perimenopause, menopause, stress, sleep and emotional wellbeing. Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow opportunities for others to book, please review the following cancellation policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected situations can arise. More than 8 hours' notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge. Less than 8 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment fee ($110) will apply. Less than 2 hours' notice or failure to attend: The full consultation fee of $220 will be charged.
