Saturday Floating Hammock Immersion
Experience deep relaxation while being gently supported in your own silk hammock, allowing your body to soften into a cocoon-like state of comfort and ease.
The Floating Silk Hammock Experience is designed to be accessible and comfortable for most participants. Each hammock is professionally rigged and rated for a recommended working load of up to 120 kgs.
Simply arrive as you are. Everything you need for comfort and relaxation has been thoughtfully provided, including mats, cushions, blankets, eye masks.
This is not a typical sound bath.
This is a deeply immersive therapeutic experience where relaxation is gently guided, the nervous system is supported, and sound is not simply heard - it is felt.
