Cancellation Policy

Intake Form & Appointment Policy If your appointment requires an Intake Form, this will be sent to you prior to your session and must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows your practitioner to adequately prepare and tailor the session to your individual needs and goals. Please note that all appointments are non-refundable once attended. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure appointment times remain available for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without notice, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Requests to reschedule with more than 8 hours' notice will generally be accommodated, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may not be possible to proceed with your session due to scheduling commitments and the nature of the therapeutic experience. In these circumstances, your appointment may be cancelled and the full session fee will be forfeited. Hypnosis & Sound Therapy Sessions Hypnosis and Sound Therapy Sessions are designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing and personal growth. These sessions are complementary therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care. Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to communicate any discomfort at any stage of the session. Adjustments can be made to support your comfort and wellbeing throughout the experience. While many clients experience deep relaxation, emotional release and positive shifts in wellbeing, individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
