Modern life often keeps us in a constant state of stress, overwhelm and "doing." This weekly therapeutic group experience has been thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and develop practical tools that support greater calm, resilience and emotional wellbeing. Each experience combines guided therapeutic meditation, relaxation-based hypnosis techniques, breath awareness, mindfulness, guided visualisation and gentle therapeutic sound to help shift your body from survival mode into a state of rest, repair and restoration. Delivered through six rotating weekly themes, you'll explore simple yet powerful practices that help you better understand your stress response, improve emotional regulation, quiet a busy mind, support deeper sleep and feel more present in everyday life. While each experience forms part of a six-week wellbeing journey, every session is complete in itself, allowing you to join at any time and still receive meaningful benefits. Attend whenever you need time to reset, or experience the full benefits with a 6-Session Pass, allowing each week's focus to build upon the last and support lasting nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
Participant Guidelines for Group Experiences at Limitless Therapy Thank you for joining us. These guidelines help create a safe, supportive and restorative experience for everyone. What to Expect: Our group experiences may include guided relaxation, meditation, sound healing, mindfulness, breath awareness and nervous system regulation. Sessions are designed to reduce stress, encourage deep relaxation and support emotional wellbeing, while lying comfortably on a mat. During Your Experience: Some sessions may include therapeutic sound instruments being played around or gently over the body. This is always optional, and your comfort will always be respected. Photography or short videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. You are welcome to opt out before the session begins. How to Prepare: Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session. Wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle. A yoga mat and everything else you need for your comfort will be provided, including a blanket, pillow, disposable eye mask and under-knee support. Avoid heavy meals and excessive caffeine for at least two hours beforehand. Please switch your phone and smartwatch to Aeroplane Mode before the session begins. Health & Safety: Please let your facilitator know before attending if you: Are pregnant. Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device. Have epilepsy or a history of seizures. Have significant cardiovascular conditions. Have had recent surgery or significant injury. Experience vertigo or inner ear disorders. Have severe respiratory conditions. Have significant sound sensitivity. Are currently unwell with a fever, virus or acute illness. Have a medical or mental health condition that may be affected by deep relaxation or sound therapy. If you are unsure whether a session is suitable for you, please contact us before booking. Respecting the Space : Please enter quietly once the session has begun. Respect others by avoiding conversation or physical interaction. Emotional release, tears or laughter are a natural part of the process. Falling Asleep Falling asleep is completely normal. If snoring becomes disruptive, your facilitator may gently assist you to adjust your position. After Your Session Take your time, stay hydrated and allow yourself to gently integrate your experience.
