Cancellation Policy

Intake Form & Appointment Policy If this appointment requires an Intake Form, this will be sent to you and must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures your session can be planned and tailored to your individual needs. Please note that this appointment is non-refundable. Once your session has been attended, no refunds will be issued. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 8 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 2 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Requests to reschedule with more than 8 hours' notice will generally be accommodated where possible, at the discretion of your practitioner. In the event that you arrive later than 10 minutes for your appointment, it will not be feasible to proceed with the session out of consideration for subsequent appointments and to maintain the smooth progression and coherence of the content covered during the session. Please note lateness will result in cancellation of your appointment and your full session fee will be deducted.
