Cancellation Policy

Therapeutic Support Session Policy Your Therapeutic Support Session is a dedicated 60-minute appointment providing you with the space to talk through what’s happening, explore what you’re experiencing and gain greater clarity around what you may need moving forward. The session fee is $125 and payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment. There is no obligation to proceed with Clinical Hypnotherapy or any further sessions. If you would like continued support, we can discuss the most appropriate pathway for you at the end of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session fee being forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 8 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling within 8 hours of your appointment may result in the session fee being forfeited. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that subsequent appointments are not impacted. This policy allows me to reserve dedicated time for each client while still providing reasonable flexibility when plans change. Thank you for respecting the time and space reserved for your session. 💛
