Nestled in a beautiful light-filled space with expansive bay views, The Deep Reset Immersion has been thoughtfully designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and inner steadiness.

Grounded Reset Experience (Mat Based)

    Relax into a deeply restorative mat-based experience designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep relaxation. Through guided therapeutic relaxation and immersive sound, you'll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with a greater sense of calm and inner steadiness. Arrival: 12:50pm Experience: 1:00pm - 2:30pm Duration: 90 minutes Capacity: Limited to 12 participants

  • Floating Reset Experience

    Experience the unique sensation of floating in your own silk hammock while immersed in guided relaxation and therapeutic sound. Designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing. Professionally rigged and installed, with a recommended working load capacity of 200kg. Arrival: 2:50pm Experience: 3:00pm - 4:30pm Duration: 90 minutes Capacity: Limited to 8 participants
