Sip & Sound is an adults-only evening created for anyone who wants to step away from the usual Friday-night rush, enjoy a glass of bubbly, connect with others and then completely switch off.
You’ll be welcomed into the Limitless Therapy studio with a glass of bubbly on arrival, with a non-alcoholic sparkling option available, and time to settle in and enjoy the bay views before moving to your mat for an immersive guided relaxation and therapeutic sound journey.
