"Rhythm & Flow" Immersive Journey
Step into a serene afternoon where breath and sound become one journey - guiding you from grounded presence into deep stillness, and from release into renewal.
We begin with a warm welcome and gentle settling in. From there, Dane will guide you into some guided movement and conscious breathwork, while Amelia weaves in sound to deepen and support the process. Breath and vibration move together - opening space for release, clarity, and expansion.
As the journey unfolds, Amelia leads a guided meditation, with Dane enhancing the experience through the subtle resonance of rain disc, crystal singing pyramid and other sound textures. This flow then carries you into a fully immersive sound journey, where crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and harp create a rich soundscape, with Dane joining in to layer live instruments that amplify the healing vibrations.
