Cancellation Policy

Corporate Sound Healing – Booking, Cancellation & On-Site Policy We’re excited to bring sound healing into your workplace to support wellness, mindfulness, and team cohesion. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our corporate session policy below: Attendees and the Space: Sessions can accommodate a maximum of 15 participants. The designated space must be large enough to allow all attendees to lie down comfortably with adequate room for mats and facilitator setup. Booking: All corporate sound healing sessions must be booked in advance. A full payment may be required to secure your date. Final details - including number of participants, session length, space availability, and point of contact - must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the full fee. Arrival & Setup: Please allow 30 minutes prior to the session for setup. Our team will arrive promptly and will need access to the designated space at that time. We request that the space allocated be quiet, clean, and free from interruptions during the session. Safety & Professional Conduct: The workspace must be safe and appropriate for relaxation-based activities. A staff liaison should be available on-site during the session. We reserve the right to discontinue a session if the environment is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for meditation and sound healing. In such cases, the session will still be billed in full. Parking & Access: Clear instructions for building access, parking, and any necessary security clearance must be provided in advance. If parking fees apply, they may be added to the final invoice unless otherwise arranged. No-Shows or Inaccessibility: If the site is inaccessible or no representative is available upon arrival, the session will be considered a no-show, and full payment will apply.
