More about Amelia

My work is centred around supporting people to feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to themselves again - especially during times where life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or out of balance.

With a background in sound, NLP, mindset, and wellness coaching, I take an integrative approach that looks beyond surface symptoms and works more deeply with the patterns that influence how you think, feel, and respond. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, sleep challenges, and life transitions, including hormonal changes such as perimenopause and menopause.

What I’ve found through both my training and experience is that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder or “trying to fix” yourself - it comes from creating the right environment where your mind and body can begin to feel safe, settle, and shift naturally.

That’s why I’ve created a space that is calm, grounding, and supportive. From the moment you arrive, the intention is for you to feel at ease to help your nervous system slow down and reset.

In our work together, I combine sound, meditation, mindset work, and wellness coaching to support you on multiple levels. This allows us to not only reduce stress and quiet the mind, but also begin shifting the underlying patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My approach is always gentle, client-led, and tailored to you. You remain in control throughout the entire process, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

At the heart of what I do is a simple belief - that you are not broken, and you don’t need fixing. With the right support, tools, and environment, your system already knows how to move toward balance.
