Cancellation Policy

On-Site Group Sound Healing – Booking, Cancellation & Safety Policy Thank you for choosing to bring sound healing into your space. To ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful experience for all, please review our on-site session policy: Booking: All mobile group sound healing sessions must be booked in advance. A full payment is required to secure your appointment. Final details (address, parking access, number of participants, etc.) must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Safety & Space Requirements: For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that: The session space be clean, quiet, and free of hazards. Pets are secured in another area during the session. A minimum of one adult participant must be present throughout the session in the case of under 18's. All participants are requested to be present 10 mins prior to start time. We reserve the right to decline or end a session if the environment is unsafe, disrespectful, or unsuitable for healing work. In such cases, payment will still be required. Travel & Setup: Please allow 20 - 30 minutes before the start time for setup. Free and safe parking must be available at or near the location. No-Shows or Late Arrivals: If no one is present at the location upon arrival or access is denied, the session will be considered a no-show and full payment will apply.
